Bagging loose items helps, but it is not always necessary. Tell us what is bagged, boxed or loose so the plan reflects what will actually be there.
WASTE COLLECTION IN LUTON & BEDFORDSHIRE
Clear unwanted belongings from a home, garage, loft or managed property, with the quantity and access reviewed before a quote.

List the main items, roughly how much there is and where it sits: which rooms, the loft, a garage or a shed. A count of bags, boxes and larger pieces is far more useful than "a lot". Say whether anything is still to be sorted or will be ready to go on the day.

Floor level, stairs, lift access, tight landings and the walk from the door to where a vehicle can stop all shape the time and crew needed. Mention permit-only parking, a shared drive or restricted hours so they can be planned for rather than discovered.

Hazardous waste is excluded. Upholstered seating, mattresses, fridges, electrical items, tyres and plasterboard need individual assessment and partner approval. Tell us about any of these individually so they can be checked before a quote is sent.
We assess the scope, confirm partner availability and send a quote for you to review. No instant prices are shown, and a preferred date is a request until confirmed. You can send an enquiry and attach optional photos without signing in. Photos are private and visible only to LoadBadger staff handling your enquiry; a text-only request is also welcome.
Send details of your household, garden, office or building-related non-hazardous waste. Acceptance depends on the material, quantity and available disposal route. We assess the actual load rather than promise to take every item described as general rubbish.
Explain where it is and how the team would reach it. Include stairs, lifts, narrow passages and the distance to the vehicle. We will check the required labour and access before quoting; an indoor collection should not be assumed from a kerbside description.
Send photographs and quantities for assessment. Upholstered seating may need a separate handling and treatment route, which can affect acceptance and cost. Do not break it apart or mix loose foam with other waste while waiting for collection advice.
The operator needs to reassess the actual material and quantity. Contact LoadBadger to agree any revised scope and price before extra work proceeds. Accurate pictures, measurements and disclosure of hidden heavy material help avoid changes when the vehicle arrives.
For the agreed waste collection, the operator’s quotation includes disposal and LoadBadger’s customer quotation should reflect that agreed scope. Check the listed materials and quantity. Additional or different waste may need reassessment; it is not automatically included because the vehicle has spare space.
