You can request transport for a suitable purchased item. Confirm the item details with the seller and send collection and delivery information. The purchase agreement is between you and the seller; a transport booking does not verify the listing or guarantee the item’s condition.
Check its measurements, collection access and the seller’s availability before committing to a tight deadline. Request a transport quote early so you understand the cost. Coordinate the purchase and collection only once both the seller and LoadBadger have confirmed the arrangements.
Provide the collection address, agreed contact person, available times and any access instructions. Ask whether the item is dismantled and ready to move. Share personal contact details only with permission, and let the seller know a fulfilment partner will attend.
Do not rely on the driver to authenticate, test or value a marketplace purchase. Agree the item’s condition directly with the seller and keep photographs or listing details. If you need a particular collection check, ask in advance whether it can be included.
