Your service provider

Your customer contract is with the legal entity trading as LoadBadger. LoadBadger controls the customer quote, booking communication, payment collection and complaint handling. The full registered legal name and business details must appear on final customer terms and invoices before launch.

Independent fulfilment partners

LoadBadger may subcontract agreed work to independent fulfilment partners under a subcontractor agreement. These providers are independent businesses, not LoadBadger employees. LoadBadger remains the customer’s contractual service provider and does not act only as an introductory agent.

Quotes and booking confirmation

A preferred date is a request. LoadBadger will confirm the scope, inclusions, exclusions, customer price, applicable tax treatment, quote expiry and payment terms before asking the customer to accept. A booking is not confirmed until LoadBadger has confirmed it in writing. Customer quote acceptance and live payment are not currently enabled.

Changes, payment and cancellation

Changes to the agreed job require a revised quote and written confirmation before extra work is authorised. Final cancellation conditions, invoice details, tax treatment and payment instructions must be stated in the approved quote and customer terms. Live charges and partner transfers remain disabled until legal, tax, insurance and registration checks are complete.
