Changes to the scope or frequency need a revised quote and your acceptance before they apply.
BUSINESS SERVICES — LUTON & BEDFORDSHIRE
A repeat schedule for business waste or transport, built from your frequency, quantities and site access.

Tell us how often, which days suit and how long you expect the arrangement to run. A trial period or seasonal pattern is worth mentioning.

A rough amount per collection lets us check partner capacity before quoting. Say if quantities vary week to week.

Describe where material is stored, how it is reached and any building or loading rules, so each visit follows the same plan.

Each schedule is assessed on scope and partner availability. Nothing is confirmed until agreed.
Tell us the likely waste types, quantities, locations and collection frequency. Repeat work needs an agreed scope and review when the load changes. A first collection does not automatically reserve ongoing capacity or establish a fixed price for every later visit.
Provide a property-by-property list with photographs, postcodes and access windows. Each location needs a defined scope even when one person manages them all. We will check whether visits can be coordinated and explain the pricing for each agreed collection or transport job.
Describe the contents first. A bulky-clearance enquiry is not an automatic booking for food waste, leaking bags or routine bin collections. We need to check suitability and any hygiene concerns before confirming whether the request can be accommodated.
Request the invoice details when enquiring: business name, billing address, purchase order if needed and the accounts contact. We will confirm the invoicing arrangements for the booking. A purchase order or invoice request does not automatically establish a credit account or deferred payment terms.
For non-hazardous business waste transferred off premises, a waste transfer note or equivalent document containing the required information is needed. Confirm the paperwork arrangements before collection. Keep the record with your job and invoice details; a receipt without the necessary information is not automatically sufficient.
