Handover deadlines
Share the key handover date so we can check whether arrangements can be made before it. The date is still a request until confirmed, so allow some margin where you can.
Moving and clearing
Some items may be moving to a new address while others need clearing. Tell us which, and we will review both as one enquiry with a clear split in the quote.
Access on the day
Say who will be at the property, how keys are handled and whether there are parking or building restrictions. If the property is empty, describe how the crew will get in.
What is excluded
Hazardous waste is excluded. Upholstered seating, mattresses, fridges, electrical items, tyres and plasterboard need individual assessment and partner approval.

Yes, tell us what you are taking, what is staying and the collection deadline. A move-out may involve only your personal belongings or a larger furniture load. If unwanted items also need clearance, list those separately so their disposal is assessed correctly.
You can request both in one enquiry. Send separate lists and photographs for items to keep and items to remove. We will check whether the work can be coordinated and explain any separate vehicles, visits or charges before you agree.
Keep keys, identification, medication, essential documents, money and items you need immediately separate from the load. Pack an overnight bag and chargers so you are not searching through boxes after arrival. Tell the team clearly which bags or items must not be loaded.
Agree who will provide access, identify the items and receive the delivery at each address. If you cannot attend, nominate a suitable representative and give us their contact details with permission. An unattended collection or delivery needs explicit agreement beforehand.
