Send photographs of cardboard, wrapping and any other materials, plus the property’s access instructions and next guest arrival time. We can assess a one-off packaging clearance. Keep hazardous, electrical or food-related waste identified separately rather than placing everything under a general packaging description.

Provide a property-by-property list with photographs, postcodes and access windows. Each location needs a defined scope even when one person manages them all. We will check whether visits can be coordinated and explain the pricing for each agreed collection or transport job.

Request photographs when enquiring and specify what you need recorded. We will confirm what the operator can provide. Avoid including people, access codes or private paperwork in images, and do not assume an inspection report or certification is included with ordinary completion photographs.

You can request both in one enquiry. Send separate lists and photographs for items to keep and items to remove. We will check whether the work can be coordinated and explain any separate vehicles, visits or charges before you agree.

Request the invoice details when enquiring: business name, billing address, purchase order if needed and the accounts contact. We will confirm the invoicing arrangements for the booking. A purchase order or invoice request does not automatically establish a credit account or deferred payment terms.
